Society is faced with the twin epidemics of social isolation and ever-declining behavioral standards. There is an urgent need and responsibility to instill the universal values of compassion, empathy and inclusion in our children.

Today the majority of youth development occurs outside the home; at school, and during recreational and social activities, including social media interactions. These environments inherently contain the risk of significant negative influences.

Social and Emotional learning is no longer restricted to the regular school day. Wingman brings meaningful leadership opportunities to the older students in your after-school program, offering them a new and exciting challenge. Younger participants get to experience highly engaging team-bonding and trust building activities. The benefits of both will be felt far beyond their time in after-school.

Wingman will foster:

Our Master Trainers will train and certify your key staff to become Wingman Trainers for their location. Those staff will train teams of student leaders who will bring the Wingman program into the younger grades. Wingman activity sessions can be held year round and use commonly found materials and require little extra equipment.

Our 4-day “Train the Trainer” workshop first immerses your staff in Wingman activities because the best way to understand Wingman is to experience it! After this intense team-bonding and trust-building journey, your staff will learn the key theory and practice to bring Wingman to their location, all the while continuing to enjoy Wingman activities to enhance their development.

Use our Contact Form below and a Program Director will quickly arrange a conference call to answer all your questions and help you decide how you can incorporate Wingman into your after-school program.

“As I reflect and explain to others where I am at, I talk about how lucky I am. I have met inspiring people who have some common things with me and many differences. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to make a change, an impact and be a part of this amazing butterfly effect.”

Teen, Clarion, PA

“I feel inspired to be extra ambitions, confident, hardworking, helpful, outgoing & a great role model to the littles. I loved being able to get to know these girls better, also.”
